Vivifi Medical Named to Pepperdine Graziadio's 2026 Most Fundable Companies® List

One of 14 companies selected from more than 2,100 startups across all 50 states

To be profiled in Entrepreneur's November/December print issue

Houston, TX – September 24, 2026 – Vivifi Medical, a medical device company developing a minimally invasive, function-preserving treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), has been named to Pepperdine Graziadio Business School's ninth annual Most Fundable Companies® List. Selected from more than 2,100 applicants representing all 50 states, Vivifi is one of 14 companies recognized this year for its investment readiness and its potential to transform its market.

Applicants are evaluated on financial projections, market opportunity, competitive positioning, intellectual property, and management strength. Submissions are reviewed by investors, venture advisors, and Pepperdine faculty. The 2026 winners were recognized at the Most Fundable Companies® Showcase on September 23 at Pepperdine's Villa Graziadio Executive Center in Malibu, CA. Dan Root, Vivifi's Head of Medical Affairs, represented the company at the showcase. The showcase was presented by the Singleton Foundation for Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship.

BPH affects more than 660 million men worldwide. Today's procedures act on the enlarged gland itself, which forces patients to trade symptom relief for sexual and urinary side effects, and many patients need retreatment. Vivifi targets the cause instead. Its non-surgical, non-urethral approach selectively closes the venous pathway that delivers testosterone-rich blood to the prostate. The approach is designed to let the gland regress naturally, without incisions or implants.

The recognition follows Vivifi's selection in May to the MedTech Innovator 2026 Accelerator Cohort, one of 65 companies chosen from more than 1,800 global applicants, and its inclusion on the inaugural MTI Index.

"Most Fundable Companies applies the same lens investors use in diligence: market, IP, financials, and team. Being selected from more than 2,100 companies validates the fundamentals behind our root-cause approach to BPH. Our focus now is advancing the clinical program and closing our Series A to advance this treatment towards patients." - Tushar Sharma, CEO of Vivifi Medical
